1. Trademark & Intellectual Property Policy

At IntraBuyer, we respect the intellectual property rights of manufacturers, brands, suppliers, and other rights holders.

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products, images, descriptions, brand names, trademarks, logos, and other content they upload do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Suppliers agree that:

  • All products listed are genuine and lawfully acquired.

  • They have the legal right to sell and advertise the products.

  • Any use of brand names, trademarks, logos, catalogues, or product images is authorized by the rights holder or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

  • They will not upload counterfeit, fake, copied, or misleading products.

  • They will not falsely represent themselves as an authorized dealer, distributor, or manufacturer.

IntraBuyer reserves the right to:

  • Remove any listing suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.

  • Suspend or permanently terminate supplier accounts.

  • Request invoices, authorization letters, dealership certificates, or proof of authenticity.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and rights holders where required.

Repeated infringement may result in permanent removal from the platform.

2. Brand Usage Policy

Brand names appearing on IntraBuyer remain the property of their respective owners.

Brand names may be displayed only to identify genuine products offered by independent third-party suppliers.

Unless expressly stated:

  • IntraBuyer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of any listed brand.

  • Listing a brand on IntraBuyer does not imply any partnership with the brand owner.

  • Supplier claims regarding authorization remain the supplier's responsibility.

Suppliers may not:

  • Upload copyrighted logos without authorization where such use is not legally permitted.

  • Use brand names to sell non-genuine products.

  • Modify or imitate trademarks.

  • Mislead buyers regarding manufacturer identity.

Brand owners may contact IntraBuyer regarding unauthorized listings.

3. Notice & Takedown Policy

If you are the owner of a trademark, copyright, design, patent, or other intellectual property right, and believe that content on IntraBuyer infringes your rights, you may submit a written complaint on the E-mail (Business@intrabuyer.com).

Your notice should include:

  • Full name

  • Company name

  • Contact details

  • Description of the intellectual property

  • Registration number (if applicable)

  • URLs of allegedly infringing listings

  • Explanation of the infringement

  • Declaration that the information is accurate

  • Electronic or physical signature

After receiving a valid complaint, IntraBuyer may:

  1. Review the complaint.

  2. Temporarily disable the listing.

  3. Request supporting documents from the supplier.

  4. Remove the listing where appropriate.

  5. Suspend repeat offenders.

  6. Restore listings if the supplier demonstrates lawful authorization.

False or fraudulent complaints may result in rejection.

4. Supplier Intellectual Property Declaration

By registering on IntraBuyer as a supplier, I declare that:

  • All information submitted is true and accurate.

  • All products listed are genuine.

  • I possess the legal right to sell every listed product.

  • Any use of trademarks, logos, images, catalogues, and brand names complies with applicable laws.

  • I will promptly provide authorization letters, invoices, dealership certificates, or other proof if requested.

  • I understand that IntraBuyer may remove listings without prior notice if intellectual property concerns arise.

  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntraBuyer from any claims arising from my listings.

  • I accept full legal responsibility for any intellectual property infringement committed through my account.

Trademark policy
